AUTOMATED CASE PICKING IN CONVENTIONAL RACKING
Using our proprietary cable-robot technology, we designed an overhead solution to automate case picking for clients desiring to benefit from automation without reinventing their entire operation.
Unlike most solutions available on the market, the Rocap is installed directly to existing storage, transforming your current equipment into a low-cost ASRS system. Additionally, the Rocap picks items from the entire height of the racking, reducing the storage footprint required. It also clears the racking height, enabling conventional operations with forklifts.

AUTOMATED PALLETIZING
The Rocap can be utilized in automated palletizing applications, especially for products that are heavy and difficult to handle such as doors, and car tires. The Rocap, equipped with a specialized pneumatic gripper, can precisely grasp and manipulate objects of varying shapes, sizes, and weights. Using its cable-based movement and positioning capabilities, the robot can accurately place the objects onto pallets according to pre-defined patterns or configurations.
